Centrally located complex with good parking facilities, helpful staff who accommodated our late check-in and even provided us with free croissants in the morning. The hotel facilities were clean and ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The villa we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with everything we needed for cooking, a TV, and a DVD player. the location was great, within walking distance of a bakery, supermarket, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were relaxing and well-maintained.

the pool area did not have any shade, which made it unsuitable for babies.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, with supermarkets and pizzerias just a short walk away. Plus, the charming town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue is only 1km from here, and definitely worth a visit. The hotel itself is situated right on the waterside, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen that includes all the necessary appliances and cutlery. I particularly loved the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the view while sipping my morning coffee. The staff here were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And let's not forget the great facilities, like the swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre, which provided enhanced comfort and relaxation throughout my stay.

We had a great stay, with comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities provided. The location was lovely and provided easy access to the surrounding area. We really enjoyed being able to order fresh bread for delivery each morning, and the communal facilities were well-maintained and nicely landscaped. a very enjoyable experience.

That some of the facilities could have been better maintained. We encountered a few issues with the bathroom facilities, and the TV was small.

The photos advertised on the website are misleading. We ended up in a cramped apartment with hardly any room to move around and a constant noise from the busy road. the bathroom was very dirty, and we had to ask the staff to clean it. the supermarket was very close, which was a plus.

The hotel charges extra for things like Wi, Fi and cleaning if you don't leave the room spotless. the promised wellness area requires additional payment, while the swimming pool can't be used in the fall , not exactly what you'd expect from a top, rated hotel.
